Our conference and hotel building offers a wide range of activities. Besides our 19 fully equipped, multi-purpose rooms (including an auditorium and exhibition room covering more than 1000m²), Ter Elst can complement your event with team building activities. Thanks to the broad range of activities on offer, the weather conditions are very unlikely of getting in the way: from a cocktail workshop to a live table soccer game. Ter Elst can also organise your reception or family do tailored to your needs. In terms of catering you can choose from a number of package deals, though we will also be happy to elaborate a proposal according to your wishes, no strings attached.

The qualification of our meeting rooms

The meeting rooms at Ter Elst all have a rating of four meeting hammers and guarantee a very high quality of services and facilities. The number of Meeting Hammers stands for "Accommodation with a business-luxurious touch, which also meets the strictest technical requirements for meetings". Inspections are conducted by an independent organisation called Vergaderhamer (Meeting Hammer).
