Conference Centre and Hotel Ter Elst is the perfect venue for a wide variety of events! Thanks to our ideal location, more than 2500 m² multi-purpose rooms and flexible service we have lots of options to turn your event into a success.

Rooms for all purposes and events

Hotel Ter Elst can host a large variety of events and activities. Besides our 19 fully equipped rooms we also have an auditorium seating up to 400 people and an exhibition space of more than 1000 m² which can be used for all purposes. Vehicles or large machines can also be driven into a large part of our rooms.

Every room has natural daylight and is standard equipped with air conditioning/heating, wireless internet, a beamer, projection screen and flip chart. These rooms can obviously also be equipped by your own technical partners, depending on your event.
Large-scale events are no problem at all!

A perfect venue for all your events

Ideally located at the Antwerp Ring Road and at a mere fifteen minute drive from Antwerp, the fair, Antwerp Airport and Antwerp Expo all events are easy to reach. Mechelen and Brussels airport are also very well connected to the hotel. Finally, all guests can use our free car park, both outdoor and underground, for a total of 500 places. Large-scale events are no problem at all!
