The Expo Hall | Event Hall of Ter Elst is the ideal location for organizing your top event! With flexible setup options and direct access for both cars and vans, you can customize this space entirely to meet your needs.

Unique to Hotel & Congres Ter Elst is the possibility to combine the Expo Hall | Event Hall with other rooms, including an auditorium. We recently renovated the adjacent Van Eyckzaal (360m²) and created a beautiful terrace as a breakout room for lunch or dinner, possibly in the form of a BBQ in good weather.

Our Expo Hall | Event Hall is suitable for a wide variety of events. Whether you're planning a trade show, conference, reception, party, or product launch, the Expo Hall | Event Hall provides the perfect setting. With a capacity of up to 900 people in theater setup, 1000 people for a reception/walking dinner, and 800 people for a seated dinner, the Expo Hall | Event Hall | Event Hall offers ample space for large-scale events.

The Expo Hall | Event Hall is equipped with AV equipment, providing all the essential elements for presentations, conferences, parties, and more. Screens are available in the hall, as well as a powerful projector, and you can use the wired network. Additionally, we provide a standard setup for background music and LED ambient lighting.

If you require additional AV equipment, our AV supplier Blue Moon can certainly accommodate that. Technical assistance during your event can also be requested from Blue Moon.
