That's why we provide 18 Superchargers and 20 universal charging stations, available to both our hotel and conference guests as well as the local residents of Edegem and passersby. The charging stations are accessible 24/7. Everyone is welcome!
While your vehicle is charging, feel free to come into our lobby to work or enjoy a snack or drink. Explore the possibilities here.
If you'd like to charge during your meeting or meal, that's certainly possible. We kindly ask that you do not occupy the electric charging points longer than necessary when our charging stations are busy.

Hotel & Congress Ter Elst is now the proud host of a brand-new NIO Swap Station. This innovative system allows you to recharge your electric car within minutes by automatically swapping the battery.
How to charge a non-Tesla vehicle using a Supercharger?
1. Download the Tesla app (version 4.2.3 or higher) for iOS or Android and create a Tesla account.
2. Select 'Charge your non-Tesla' and search for Ter Elst as the Supercharger location.
3. Add your payment method, plug your vehicle into the charger, choose a charging stall, and tap 'Start Charging.'
4. Select 'Stop Charging' to end your session.

Charging your electric vehicle at our charging stations is super easy! All you need is a valid charging card. Still want more explanation? Read the instructions below or scan the QR code located next to the universal charging stations.
Starting the charging:
Plug the cable into the vehicle, then into the charging point.
Swipe your card at the charging point; you'll hear a beep, and the LEDs will indicate that the charging process has started.
Stopping the charging:
First, swipe your card at the charging point. The charging session stops.
Disconnect the vehicle first, then the charging station.
If the cable doesn't release from the charging station, first push it back into the charging station.
Reconnect the cable to the vehicle. Swipe your card again at the charging point; you'll hear a beep, and the LEDs will indicate that the charging process has restarted.
And try again to stop the charging process:
First, swipe your card at the charging point. The charging session stops.
Disconnect the vehicle first, then the charging station.
