Meetings at Ter Elst

Presentations, speeches, shows and much more: our auditorium is perfectly suited for a wide variety of events. The seats are arranged in a half circle which ensures an optimal distance to the stage and a clear view for everyone present. In terms of capacity the auditorium seats 120 to 400 people, and in terms of facilities you can obviously use a number of standard facilities. This includes a beamer, a screen, free wireless internet, one fixed and one wireless microphone. Do you have any other wishes? Do not hesitate to let us know. The event hall is situated in the Ter Elst conference building and is also referred to as the Expo Hall. This 1000m² multi-purpose hall is perfectly suitable for receptions, formal balls, dinners, meetings, fairs and much more. Video conferences can also be held without problems. Screens are fitted in the room and you can also use the wired network.

We do not only hire venues: we also work together with a number of preferred and approved caterers who can deliver drinks and food according to your needs. Belgian traditional dishes with corresponding wines for dinner, the best Belgian beers and tasty snacks, a breakfast with fruit juice and sweet rolls, and much more: we take care of catering tailored to the needs of your event. Castle Solhof has two meeting rooms: the meeting room De Borrekens for groups of maximum 30 persons and a break-out room the Van Ertborn room which has room for maximum 6 persons.
